Attention: Some tips for booking your appointment

The contact: Once you agree, we will usually ask you to have your family doctor give you a brief medical history. This is a simple document provided to you that sets out the terms and expectations of the applications you are carrying out.

Our Cancellation Policy: Like most professional services, our partners are self-employed and therefore need to manage their schedules efficiently. We therefore have a strict cancellation policy that requires all customers to notify us at least two business days (48 hours) in advance of any canceled session. If cancellation is not made in a timely manner, the full fee must be paid.
